Random: (ran·dom) - 1. Eluding precise prediction, completely irregular
2. without order or apparent reason
3. Lack of predictability, without any systematic pattern
I chose the name 'Random Images' simply because I try not to concentrate on any specific category or style of photography - I've seen many photographers who tend to specialize in a certain area - nature shots, close-ups, portraits, animals, etc.; and while many of them do excellent work in their field, I personally want to remain flexible and explore all aspects of photography.
The photos on my website are the result of this philosophy; sometimes I'll have an idea or concept and try to realize it on film, other times a scene or image just catches my eye - either way, the resulting photos can always be categorized as 'random'.
